As far as Cali reaching peaks....UCLA forcasters predict for LA that we in are the 3rd year of a 12 year cycle, 7 years bull, 5 years bear.

Nobody can predict anything but seems SFR will have a dip in 2 to 3 years from now.

The reality however is that in a complex adaptive system like the world's economy for you or I to pretend we can predict the future is to deceive ourselves.

Certainly you can project that and in which years you want/can do it, however, the market can swing and nobody can predict exactly what and when changes can occur.

This is where it gets fun.I can't predict markets but I can determine if a deal has value-money.

Were there a CPA who had passed the Tax Court Examination, they could probably speak to the basic current treatment of the Tax Court, but would be hard pressed to make predictions about Tax Court treatment.
