This in effect weakens the currency as citizens dump yuans for dollars making their saving and currency worth much less and reduces purchasing power.I don't know if anyone thinks these implications around the world can have serious implications on the real estate market world wide as I believe.

and just bailing out as fast as possible.All I take from this is some showboating from a hedge fund manager trying to position himself as smarter to drum up business by giving someone who is known, literally worldwide, for the statement "Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful", a hard time for literally putting his money where is mouth is and doing what he's known to do.

@Douglas J AndrewsHi Douglas, if you are intent on this property your best bet is to get it under contract with contingencies.A key element in making your purchase offer is doing a critical path analysis to determine the steps, time, players and capital needed to pull the deal off.To save yourself time and aggravation, make your first pass offer the the form of a term sheet.
