I'll be interested in how they make the Experience "exclusive" to Airbnb as that seems like a terrible business model for the people hosting the Experience unless ABB cuts a check for them.IMO it is also a branding play to differentiate from VRBO, Booking, hotels etc.

But that only comes into play if you sell the property later and don't 1031...so if that isn't the plan then I wouldn't worry about it now.At the end of the day you never pay more in taxes than you make in income.

if they are not cutting it as agents they certainly wont as wholesalers.. wholesaling is so much tougher and capital intensive.. wipe out rate for agents is what 70 to 80% and wipe out rate for wholesalers is about 95%..
