I do allow pets but I ask for an extra one months securtiy deposit.

Iv'e noticed there isn't a big inventory of 4 bedroom homes that are pet friendly.

He built a personal finances tracker app as a pet project for us (hellofin.app) and it sends me a text every time money goes in or out of our accounts, and we can add a tag to it (like "christmas gifts" rather than the generic bank terms "shopping").

"Service and assistance animals are not technically pets and owners do not have to pay pet fees.

So how much more should I charge since the family has grown plus all the pets?

If you allow pets (like a cat), hardwoods are also an advantage. 

Rent is due on the 1st, late on the 6th which includes the 5 day grace period.Pet Fee: I love pets for many reasons.
