Chad Hi..Thank you again..I going to dare another question.I in buying a property, which needs TLC ( I am OK with doing)..the selling price is lower than my minimum loan amount...so I don't want to just offer 10 or 15k over the price..I asked realtor to ask seller to make improvements or buy appliances and I will make that hugger offer justifiable..seller seems not to want to do so..
