The last week before we closed, the attorneys were still scrambling to get important documents to each other and file certain provisions with the State and City...my anxiety was through the roof all the way up until closing, when the seller's attorney had to hand deliver the original documents to closing (she ended up sending the documents in an Uber because it was late Friday night and the holiday traffic meant that she might not make it back home before Saturday to observe the Sabbath.)All in all, this was a VERY eventful process.

I have no anxiety when dealing with my core group of buyers and probably less stress when I do deal with buyers I haven't worked with before than selling to traditional buyers with inspections, mortgages, and just a unsure attitude.

While I an not a charitable organization we need to be compassionate, understanding and not misjudge people because they have anxiety or some other issues where we wrongly disqualify them and by what you wrote I think that may be the case.
