A park usually has its mind made up.I regret being a wet blanket however it is certainly good that you are looking around for deals and opportunities.

It certainly would be a good way to get our feet wet in renting before we commit to a long term lease.

First flip , so something to get our feet wet and profit

I'm a new investor and struggling to find properties. Any tips would be welcome and appreciated.

On two occasions that I can remember I've gone down to the basement only to find it wet (once there was about 1cm of sitting water across the whole basement) because the sump pump was turned off.

Of course as the owner I'm leaning toward partial liability to tenant for creating the hole in the tub that leaked water to the bedroom and damaged carpeting; as well as partial liability to PM for waiting 2 months to fix the leaking ice box water line which worsened the wet cabinets that resulted in mold.PM sent me the estimate and asking how I want to proceed.  

I did do a load of research and spoke with numerous attorneys who specialize in condo law before hiring one to file suit on my behalf, last resort when the board had little incentive to resolve the issue.  

Is it a wet area around the foundation? 

I figure I will start with a few single family homes just to just my feet wet then move on to some multi family units.
