I would not want to run a business and lose money every month.You have to sit down with a business/life coach and figure out what you want real estate to accomplish, how is it going to fitinot your life.

The only two things in life are death and change - so good for you for sitting home and doing nothing at all, just in case.

These little to no document products are not common at all.I wish they were, that would make my life doing cash out refinances a whole lot easier.

Don't make your life more complicated than it has to be.

You might have to sacrifice your plan right now but have an agreed exit strategy to get you out of it in a year or two.Moving forward, be very careful who you partner with and where they are at in life.

I have to slow down and really analyze the cost vs. benefit before jumping in.My personal life is the same.

You are talking about jerking them around about one of the most important things in their life.
