What’s the morale of the story?

To the contrary ‘houses’ are one of the types of property specifically mentioned by the Fourth Amendment; and Ohioans have a moral and constitutional right to exclude others, even government agents, from their property.

Florida another etc.the key is to have your transactional funding set up buy the thing then resell it. and or if its OK to blast out on the internet a house for sale you don't own then try that. with the huge amount of info at one's finger tips and with the guru's pitching this get rich with none of your own money and what certain folks pitch here on BP you now have many more folks out there trying to do the same thing.. many with no experience many with no morals or ethics and consumers are getting hurt.. when that happens they complain and when they complain the states start taking a look..

It turned out really nice.The moral of the story is "don't give up too soon" Just because a deal does not make sense to some lenders does not mean it won't fit into the wheelhouse of other lenders. 

Moral of the story: Depending on your strategy and what the market trends are I would suggest following the trend if you are going to fix and flip, but for buy and hold definitely gas. 

also confused about your logical contortions of charging more rent for pets  but not really because you are possessed of great moral fortitude or some other non sequitur.  

Moral of story, do as much research on any property prior to purchase as you can, especially municipal violations , or instruct your Title Co/attorney to do same.

I imagine doing the switchover would be that much harder and morally hazardous if the tenant is good.

Moral: stay away from such lenders in the first place.
