My thinking is this:1) Spend your money making the unit nicer, not investing in machines that will need service calls.

.- Podio has really good integration with other services--like RightSignature for eSignature, Google Docs/Drive, Dropbox, Twilio for SMS, Lob for physical mail--either for marketing or other workflows like invoicing, and a ton of other services.  

In my case this week this was full title insurance for me as a lender in 4 hours which as stated is the fastest service I personally have gotten.

This level of service is NOT typical for the Lehigh Valley, and it’s certainly not what we’ve experienced with our PM or others we know in the area.A property manager should be proactive in tenant placement, responsive to inquiries, and transparent about efforts to fill vacancies.

If it's a gray area, we usually cover the service call the first time.

While it's true that if the seller entered into a contract with a new buyer and wanted the same title company to provide escrow and title services that title company may want the release signed for their own internal audits, there would be no reason seller and new buyer couldn't just retain a different title company to handle the job.

Before implementing such timing manipulations, consider the risks:You may not be able to receive the money laterYou may not be able to close the deal laterYou may not be able to buy the goods or services laterEven if you are able to do it, you may not be able to keep the same price or the same timelineYou may miss other opportunities meanwhileNow tell me - are these risks worth potential tax savings?
