As a newbie investor  (last flip 15 yrs ago), I thought buying from wholesalers would be the way to get great deals.  

Looking to get the equity out for other real estate investments.Currently I have 12 yrs left on a 15yr 3% Loan.Looking to get between 140-170k equity out.Want to keep new mortgage loan (or HELOC) as close to 3% as possible and hopefully for 15 yr term.

They are looking for a quick solution with the promise of a delayed cash out (3 to 5 yrs).

This strategy works for me because I buy for cash and then cash out on 30 yrs fixed rate.

Hello there, I moved from Midland to SA almost 3 yrs ago. have been in the furniture upholstery business 22 yrs and am also jumping into real estate investing.

I still have a full time job at a PD but can retire in about 4-5 yrs so wanted to get the real estate started so had that going strong when retired.  

south of Plymouth is good,  I have one there. got it for 47k yrs ago. my goal was 4, then 10. then the floodgates opened.
