@David Varvaro yeah man I know that's probably a good idea, it just seems to me that it adds another touch point when it comes to communicating between on-island contacts.

At best it sounds like you broke even and made the money strictly through principal paydown with no appreciation above your costs unless you had some pretty good cash flow. 

I have made friends with City of LV and my property meets all requirements and is in a “ clear” zone on the map.

If they are then shown that fraud was not involved, they next go to the theory that the sponsor was incompetent, made a “bad” investment, etc.
