Especially in the tech industry and as technology advances .Also it’s probably not too far off that self driving cars will be mainstream .It won’t be as much of a hassle or as stressful to commute if you can chill in your car , get work done on laptop or even take a nap .

Not very familiar with the managing broker here but both agencies have good reputations.Most agents looking to do this part-time are obviously scared of the obligation to pay the $1,200/mo regardless of how much volume they do.

If you are concerned that they took a snap-shot during that time when the HELOC money was paying off the credit card and can't wait till their next snap-shot, you can write to each of the agencies and submit proof and they really are good (in my experience) with correcting those things.

Assuming Illinois doesn't have state-specific forms that are different, look at paragraph 6 of the deed of trust that any owner occupant who got any 30YF Agency loan signed at any closing table within the last 5 years.
