Here's the end of the day Market Commentary from the exchange:The silver market exploded to new all time highs and in the process silver garnered even more press coverage suggesting that silver was assuming the leadership role in the precious metals complex.

As a principal in a real estate investment and development group over the past 10 years, I've been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of real estate projects, and I know how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction.

It's best to have the client ALSO on the lookout for hot properties so there are two eyes searching instead of one - and the agent has lots of people he's searching for, so if you are not already a client, you might be lower on the totem pole of his priorities.How many listing are you having to look at every day?  

This does not happen over night, and is indicative of systemic leadership issues.

The city offers a great environment for pulling tenants.The issue with Scranton at the moment is its politics and poor leadership.
