My intuition in general is to offer value, make meaningful connections, be consistent, and show a track record.

My intuition tells me that this can be a very good way to finance deals.  

It's pretty intuitive, and I get the feeling our tenants appreciate having one place to go, everything is logged and in a centralized place.

They often overlooked the years of experience, knowledge, intuition and relationship they developed while they were crawling through the trenches and they think simply by telling other people what they know, and others can skip the steps. 

As a seller, I do not accept buyers that use intuit loans Quicken  or Rocket Mortgage. 

Intuitively that seemed correct on the house price vs rent you could get out of it.

This is counter intuitive since your credit check will show that they almost always will have better credit and higher wages than anyone else in the park. 

The biggest problem is software users not taking the time to learn how to use it.Part of this is due to poor design so it's not "intuitive", but most of it is lazy users.

After a while you get good at having an intuition on which contractors will do a good job and stay close to budget, and which contractors are just giving you a nice number in the beginning to get the job.

Saved us thousands in tuition and my sanity by getting done quickly!
