If you don't have a go to, I would possibly begin interviewing possible attorneys, and plan to add one to your "team".

@Sarah Ozuna for info I would listen to every podcast interview of a wholesaler that has been done on BG.

I interview a lot of investors during our wholesaling and hard money adventures and see some really common issues I am going to try and address in this diary.

Find and interview several Property Managers so when you get ready to leave the area you can assure your Investment Property will be taken care of.
