Theirs also form "edge inserts" that you can use to get broken edges, full bullnose, etc.  

You should be able to find them in the same place, one by searching "insert county here" foreclosures and "insert county here" property tax records.  

That being said, he needs to know that he needs to take care of his responsibilities and when they are not taken care of, there are consequences. 2) There is no logical explanation, and the tenant is on a bender to Vegas (insert own fabricated details here), or some other scenario where it IS the tenant's fault.

you buy a house on va loan. you live in it. then you are restationed to (insert base here).  

So, with the memo recorded, it is like the buyer inserted place holder saying no one else has the right to buy unless I cancel my contract to purchase.

Looking to get the BP fam opinion on this….I currently am finishing up rehabbing 24 units and can refi out about $300k (now smaller due to rates),- since its a non agency loan, it would be at 9.5% fixed rate IO (insert face slap emoji here).Right now I am on a fix and flip loan and its cashflowing no problem.Should I stay, keep paying and wait for rates to cool off, or leverage up, keep my foot on the gas and try and keep buying more?
