You may learn a lot of valuable information about what people are looking for in your area.  

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.

Where can you find information of vacancy rates and number of turnovers in an area?

Wanted to revive this post and check to see if anyone else has additional information or input on rental in Cahokia, IL / Cahokia Heights, IL . . .

Go to youtube and you can find enough information on how to do this.

I would have no problem with that, it'll stop people from posting erroneous information. 

The classes all have the same information so it's not really a big deal either way.
