@Lee Goree   this type of stuff reminds me of a crazy associate of mine that decided he was going to get into commodities.. and he was going to trade jet fuel or remember the Africa gold craze he did both..He spent days and weeks and months talking to people all over the world about selling Jet fuel..from his basement in Beaverton Oregon..

This business has made it possible for me to take off years during my career, coast and take time off to jet ski and fish and travel and go boating as well as snowmobiling and motorcycling as well and play with hot rods and just have time to really do things at home.

@Engelo Rumora  yup Citation 535 I believe.. light jet.... owner pilot.. late night departure into scuddy weather.. the speculation on our COPA pilots site is special disorientation... followed by a nose dive and yet another fatality...

He started buying up mom and Pop Q I s all around the country then would raid their trust accounts.. and basically had a massive Ponzi going.. buying yatchts  Jets.. 1 million dollar wedding to the 25 YO hot Brazilain he married  and this guy was 50 and not HOT.. lol  you get the drift.. its a great episode..

I would recommend looking into Hydro Jetting. 

Where we have our Hanger   ( its a condo and we own it) paid just under 300k for it.and other than 2 airplanes we also have campers and all sorts of other stuff that you collect over the yearsMy neighboring hangers have offices and apartments in them.. along with some that have doubles  ( ours is 60X50   and those are big boys with big toys.. a Jet another fun plane the million dollar motor home and one of our neighbors just has custom car collection.... 

LOL.. luckily I sold those when I had massive loss carry forwards in 2010 to off set them.now I know why guys that get into aircraft keep buying bigger and better jets.. recapture would kill them. 

John Sauber In L.A when there weren’t really other hybrids or electrics available a lot of wealthy people and celebrities would drive the Prius as a “statement vehicle” I remember Leonardo DiCaprio and some others would drive them around .Doing their part to save the environment and then hop in their private jets !
