Note: If you go to same meeting each month, you can do detail tracking for a month, and can use same detail to estimate expense for rest of the year.( If nothing changed) Meals when travelling away from home - 50% is deductible unless the meal is provided to general public (like Open houses) than it is 100% deductible.

Meals and travel costs are commonly overlooked in record keeping.  

We could grab a meal or a drink and discuss property managers, contractors, lenders, Realtors, attorneys and all things having to do with Pueblo Real Estate investing.

Some have suggested taking on more work...just make sure the loss of free time doesn't lead to more meals out, baby-sitting costs, or picking up unhealthy habits.

Being able to park in a driveway and walk in to the property without going to an elevator.For business travelers, it's about having solid wireless high-speed internet, a quiet place to sleep, a kitchen to cook and eat healthy meals, a desk to work at and a home dry cleaning system to clean their work clothes after unpacking them.

Tenants would be responsible for their own meals, laundry etc.
