It depends on what your marketing says and whether you want 'quantity' calls or 'quality' calls.

Most of my store trips to date have been for small quantity stuff, not for re-doing an entire house. 

Once the votes were counted, all of the best pots came from the students that were tasked with quantity.

Congrats.I think quality is better than quantity.

I am a wholesaler in colorado doing a probate campaign and there is not the quantity I want to build my business.  

If you live close and can manage short term rentals yourself you'll have a better shot, but bad reviews on AirBNB, etc... will have an outsize impact on your tenant quality, quantity, and resulting $ so don't skimp. 

Especially in this market, I can't preach quality over quantity enough.
