I have since gone on to build, new, ground up duplexes and I want to share with you guys parts of the process..

Along the same timeline we contracted another property and after a day or two realized that his loan product would not fit that particular property so we promptly told him that we were going to go with a different lender and the guy got very upset and went off on us etc. etc. and even brought up the properties that came back with the lower appraisal.

Im not a self fixer upper guy, so not real interested in those types at this time.
