These are all reasons to believe the neighborhoods that experienced the largest spike in new housing will effectively absorb the supply that was built in recent years.

I know mobile homes can sometimes need more work than a stick built home.

It's not a good strategy to scale IMO, but it is often a good strategy to help you build a solid foundation for your portfolio and then use those properties as leverage so you can scale.

It was quite extensive, all new electrical, hvac, plumbing as well as foundation, painting, floors and yardwork and demo of shed.
