I collect true financials from every seller or agent I work with that is willing to share them & all of the websites tend to dramatically underestimate in these areas..

I have looked at the DFAS website, and haven't gotten very far because I do not have their SSN.

Let them know you're the new owner, that you will be abiding by the lease terms they currently have, give them your info to be able to make payments, any website/payment portal platform.I would keep it short and sweet.
