We plan on a huge expansion of the Deal Finders Network in the coming months - and we plan on closing many, many more deals because of it!

@Charles KaoThe building really doesn’t have room for expansion besides value add in raising the low rents, it also does not have a gate/security system which could easily be added (facility is surrounded by units so it only needs a main entrance gate).

Based on the descriptions, it seems to me that we might be approaching the top of the Expansion Market Cycle, which is where my concern comes from.

This was 4 blocks from Temple University, so the expansion of the perimeter improvements for the school were increasing the property values quickly.
