Look at any successful business and or business person, and 95% of them have done it by building an ethical and honest product or business.

I’m trying to learn the proper way to sell real estate and do wholesale deals legally and ethically, anyone have proper advice?

Am I happy to sell you one, sure why not, I have 2 today that I could happily convey but I am an actual FT professional in this field, with ethics, so i am going to tell you the odd's are well against going from 0-too-MFH ESPECIALLY at this time where 90%+ of MFH being offered is absolute JUNK, ticking time-bombs for maintenance and cap-x, that's why 90% are selling, novice buyers with agents focused on their commissions today not the actual performance of the asset conveyed. 

What are your thoughts on the ethics on providing notification to renters that a suicide occurred in the house?

I feel having one would allow me to greatly increase the speed at which I can jump into investing and I can possibly be beneficial through my work ethic and willingness to take on more risk, but I'm not sure how I would go about finding someone, or if this is even realistic to attempt for someone in my position.Thank you if you read this far and for any advice people are able to offer.

Make friends with the staff or something, or would that violate ethics guidelines?
