Whomever you go with put your emphasis on getting really good training.

The emphasis has been on either how to fix this guest's problem (run out and buy a baby gate) or how to be prepared for a confrontation (expect a refund request and plan on refusing it).Remember, we are in the hospitality industry and if we want to be super successful in this industry, we need serious customer relations skills.

Other than obvious realtor, Zillow, Redfin…are there any other real estate websites that focus on listings of properties that have a history of STR or an emphasis on STR?

Why I'm looking for this specific building type and location is that my other company manufactures construction chemicals and products, with an emphasis on masonry restoration and adaptive reuse of buildings, based in Lawrence KS.

We have one we just re-did, kept the carpet in the bedrooms (C- area), put extra emphasis in the kitchen/bathroom, priced it correctly and the house was rented within 2 days.   

If however we are looking at a workforce housing project, we would want to put more emphasis on ease of using public transportation.
