To be clear, if there is ever a 3rd party involved, any "upfront fee like the $15K" is earnings for the person organizing the 'sub-to' or wholesaling the deal etc; so they are making money just like a Realtor.

That said, I felt that the organization of the information could be better that in and of itself did not prevent me from being able to understand the information.

Any advice on how to organize all this information into a coherent plan?
