We logged the site, cleaned up the garbage, cut in a few roads and waited for the market to boom.What was the outcome?

I've been reading the forums a bit on the subject of Upset Sales in PA and thought I would try to tie several of the discussions together for the upcoming sale. 

Cut in the easement road, cleared overgrown timber to lighten up the previously dark property.

I just posted it on 1/1, so I've not gotten any queries yet.It's also supposed to populate on Realtor and DoorSteps, but my description is getting cut off. 

Whatever criteria you adopt, be sure to stick to it.Find a lender that you can shadow or work with if you would like to cut the learning curve.

Everyone loves saving money until they realize that they were cutting corners and being cheap.

If it was me, and I found another opportunity, I would cut my losses, especially if you can't fix the physical issues.
