I can only wonder how many marriages are being affected right now with these syndicators cratering.. my experience over the years is all over the map.. some both are fully invested and interested in what we are doing others the hubby is running the show with little to no interaction with the wife.

 out of curiosity, I wonder why people will pay $40k to do some training instead of reaching out to entities and asking to work for minimum wage so you could learn.

I am won't buy anything this year but rather next year so I am wondering if it makes sense to approach an agent or a lender months in advance, weeks in advance or only when I really already saw something I want to buy.I don't want to waste anybody's time and I am not yet sure what the best course is.
