I've looked on the Cook County site, I've tried looking up Sheriffs auctions and I just can't seem to get any other info.

What happens when the parents, on title with you jointly on that new piece of real estate, have to go into a long term care facility due to some issue that is so serious that you cannot care for them any longer?
