Website is standard...the thing is, if they get your info they will literally harass you with phone calls from some place in India.

I know it’s he’s to go based off of just that info but the area has several other Airbnbs in that community. 

The Rental Property Association of Wisconsin is a resource for connections with contacts that own rental portfolios, legal presentations and resources, and contractors.

For me, this means I provide them with the pertinent telephone number to contact me, the name and number of my contractor, and my email address.

I seen somewhere where there was some info on how to estimate how much the rehabs will cost i just dont know where it is. also can someone tell me how i will know what the ARV will be?
