We have one unit I market as a 3 or 4 bedroom- the 4th bedroom is barely big enough to be a legal bedroom and is usually used as a spare room or storage, but we do get more interest in the unit because of it.As for the extra space- I would rent the attic as extra storage if the 2nd floor unit wanted to rent it, and assuming the basement is accessible to both (outside entrance?)

They also buy stock in their spare time.

If you have some money to spare look for someone on BP with tons of experience in the field, take them out to lunch and spend a few days shadowing them.

It makes some sense and fits with my own RE investing experience: my first investment was a very compact 5BR home near a university which I rented to graduate students.

A housing shortage will remain in 2022, keeping home prices high.In conclusion, I believe middle Tennessee is bs and you should move to Austin.There's a spare room w/ your name on it anytime you come through <3

Brandon - Been using Ally bank for spare liquid cash for at least 7 or 8 years (Yes since before their Govt bailout) and I have to say that i Love them.  

The information in the rich dad coaching program seemed good just didn't get to finish and they did the same GURU sales crap like i stated before and that time it worked when i should've paid for the class since i didn't really have the spare money for the class in the first place.

If you have the time to spare, @Matt McConkey door-knocking suggestion is great but it all comes down to the opportunity cost of your time. 

It’d be our fourth door in four years, and would spare us one more move (house hacking with small children ain’t for the faint of heart!).
