You should feel like you’re in combat mode daily whether that be negotiating deals or managing contractors.

This is a California Issue Only as far as I can tell and the law was put into effect to combat the "We Buy Houses" People who were buying homes under contract with a seller agreeing to make the existing mortgage payments in the Sellers name and then the person renting the property and paying none of the obligations.
