They've been churning out a lot of changes lately, but they don't tell us what they are.

🏡 2 months in, what has ACTUALLY changed?

Oakland, Berkeley, San Diego the rules will likely be, or has already been,  changed mid game so the 15 year limit is not reality.  

All that changes is how to profit and how much. 

But again, I'm not sure it'd change most investors' investment thesis anyway.

Because I am baffled when “experienced” investors/syndicators make condescending remarks about new syndicators in one breath and advertise their 2-day bootcamps in the other.

You can't even change a lightbulb.You or your family can't use or live in the property.You can't sell a portion of a property like you can sell portions of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.

Bi-weekly system is changing ones financial perspective, mindset and reality.

Did that change at sometime in the recent past?

Now if you didn't refinance rented that unit out before living in it for a year and changed your insurance policy to a commercial one, that could be problematic (just to give an example).
