If you pull out the bottom drawer of a kitchen or bathroom cabinet and put the roach/rodent glue trap at the bottom of that cabinet before reinstalling the drawer then you're sure to catch them if they're there.

Also, we are not replacing cabinets because they are really cool and retro, so we don't want to spend much on the counter tops... we will do a completely new kitchen in 7 - 10 years.

Nuisance things: paint, wallpaper (very annoying), holes in drywall, smells (unless it is a sign of mold), cracked windows, missing or damaged screens, no GCFI, flooring, broken handles, damaged cabinets, interior doors on exterior entrances (I see this a lot), bowls under sinks to catch leaks, general run-down-unlovedness.

Hello-It is a SFR, 3Bed/2Bath; they just had their 8 year long tenant move out so fully renovating the place, new vinyl wood floors throughout  (COREtec performance plus), new kitchen -cabinets, counter tops, flooring, new SS appliances, 2 full bath remodel (showers) new paint (getting the gray tones) as well as paint exterior.

Kitchen has had an active leak- source unknown- that has damaged most of the cabinets, master shower and tub are non-functional, AC unit needs to be replaced, garage door needs to be replaced.
