Hello All,Does anyone have a couple of good brokers or direct lending contacts that specialize in commercial loans (multi unit 5 or more) on the North side of Chicago? 

You need to factor in rent increases pretty much all the deals I broker since even 2018 or so are well under 1% but after raising rents and doing cosmetic rehab you can get the cashflow high and make some equity. 

I'm currently on the hunt to find what STATE in the U.S that has the fastest process to obtain a brokers license but also can offer reciprocity agreements to multiple states.

I'm a local real estate investor and Mortgage Broker based out of Port Orange.

My Realtor mentioned there is a Broker compensation ($695).

If you don't want to "get sold" by a PM when you're really looking for vendors, then talk to brokers on the buy/sell side instead.

Hello everyone,I recently just passed my IL broker exam a few days ago and was looking to take the next steps as far as finding a sponsoring broker to work under.

CA RE Broker CFL and or mortgage lender license with NMLS .. 

Second, it's always helpful to use an honest, experienced real estate agent or broker when making a purchase like this.
