Really I just try to leave meat on the bones for the next guy.

There is serious meat on the bone here for an investor and we are looking to wholesale.

Make no bones about it, that in and of itself is not done over night.

I'm a rookie wholesaler here in Miami, FL so the easier deals for me at this point are those with some equity (meat on the bones).  

Like they sat him down, opened up his cranium with a bone saw, scooped out his brains, and washed them over and over again before packing them back in and slapping the top of his head back on.

I watched my Dad from a very young age work himself to the bone to provide for his family.
