But I would check to make sure she personally has employment that covers the 3x's income/ rent, is she going to be relying on child support or spousal support that may or not get paid to make the rent?

The kind of title policy that they issue expires in 6 months and if you want an extension then the work has to be re-done for more $$$.  

Being a military member I would probably be looking to use my VA benefits of possible and save the cash I have in hand for repairs and such.

I believe my agent told me it would need to be at least 50% occupied for it to be re-classified.

Here's the question: Since I'm an active duty military member I don't have a lot of free time to take off work.
