I could put any nonsense I wanted in my lease and that hardly makes it legal or enforceable in court.Courts award based on actual damages so you need to prove the damages and document the expenses with receipts.

If a judgement was awarded, only the assets held in the LLC could be attached.  

If you do not provide an accounting, she can sue you for the entire amount, and the judge can award her three times damages of the Entire Amount, not just what you didn't give back.
