I get to talk to OOS investors in Hawaii quite frequently.

There are several knowledgeable experts who are frequent contributors here. 

My partner and I had a discussion as to which one would be preferred when I brought it up that not everyone frequents those places.

(As in I get no reservations when I have them, so I eat the cost of cleaning and make almost no money for a 1 night stay which is a very frequent reservation request.)

How frequently (if ever) did you receive noise / neighbor complaints about them? 

I know that workers in Colorado frequently can't afford to live in the ski areas where they work - they have to commute long distances.

I've been told that deals frequently fall through at the last minute if I don't use the right lender.
