There are economic data out but in general small business are going down badly and online retailer are going to raise up together with health care.

As long as you can draw a line of the "reasonable use" of the structure for the disability (this includes CARETAKERS, so now the caretaker could be living in the shed), then you are federally protected by this law, and the federal government will come to your aid if the city "abuses" or "discriminates" against you. 

Make sure you’re also factoring in healthcare costs.  

East Mesa has a ton of job growth projected over the next 3-5 years, mostly in healthcare and tech.

@Rebecca Salazar many investors would probably be better served by becoming a licensed plumber to aid in their investments, than a licensed salesperson.

The Dallas market is a lot more diversified, we have Finance, Tech, Defense Military, Healthcare, Transportation, etc.

HOWEVER the Lucas County Court also is inquiring about the source of rental funding - Section 8 and in my suspicion all aid agencies (Lead Families Home, Red Cross, VA, Salvation Army, Lutheran/Catholic/etc Services) are ALL FEDERALLY FUNDED. 

The issue: my job, healthcare, is supplemental (no guaranteed hours.)
