I know you asked about books, but anytime I listed to a motivational speech by Eric Thomas, or Jim Rohn, I feel like I am bullet proof.

I really need to iron out my "elevator speech"  I'm not trying to sell them on anything that isn't a good thing, it can really be a win-win for all parties involved if it's structured correctly. 

I discovered a great speech, corresponding post, and a video summary by the editor of the Financial Times that discusses the complex issues in the banking industry.

Then I called my office for an emergency telephone conference, I have a key note speech to deliver the next day, and I can't even stand or walk. 

Remember they practice their speeches and make their web copy enticing so that they can sell material.

I would walk laps on back porch practicing my speech.

I would check the roof, attic space if any (look for stained boards or trusses which could indicate a previous or current leak) and a check under the house crawl space if possible for rotted joists or wiring hanging down or anything else that looks out f the ordinary.

As we age our brains can not process speech at as fast a speed as when we were younger.

The guy just made a speech where he said that he "fully supports" the religion of his forefathers!

After watching the video and the almost lured speech I think the congressman is off (The Cherry is blooming in Washington now, so maybe it the antihistamine...)
