On the other side of the spectrum, people buy non-performing notes at a big discount and then either try to get the owner current or then foreclose.

Being a newer agent and newly re-interested in REI, I see the whole spectrum of buyers/sellers and their experience.Recently was talking to someone who brought up the flip or flop show and thought that buying a fixer upper needing what they thought was $10k of work was really over $70k.

Hi @Troy Rucker- I'm in the same boat as you and looking for this (just received the first water bill and until it's sub-metered, I predict potential challenges).When I spoke to the service reps at Cbus Water/Sewer, they mentioned Spectrum and Guardian as two potential companies to that can do this; I haven't contacted either one yet but figured I'd pass this along.
