Additionally, the old aluminum siding on 3 sides (the front facade is new vinyl) has damage but I've not had any interest in redoing it as, in my humble non-insurance adjuster opinion, it is not going to add any value for my rent.

When you say "baseboards" are you referring to hot-water radiators with aluminum fin tubes (i.e. not the stand-up style radiators)?

You might also be able to search them in the forum search bar the concerns like "squatters in flip" or "aluminum wire in flip" to see the discussions about them that people have previously had.

Electric panel and a few wires are getting updated (a couple aluminum wires).
