Gold and silver has recently shot and is expected to stay high for years to come.

Cap this off with on-going racial tensions all within an election year, it seems that we are constantly anticipating another negative event and questioning whether a silver lining will ever present itself through all of this. 

I am sure there will be a silver lining somewhere.

Hi Edgar,If you go to JC Penny and get a dark blue sport coat (with gold or silver buttons) with some light grey pants and a light blue shirt with buttons on the collar you can fit in pretty well in most places. 

Uniformly it is the same data, no underlying performance data to support the positions and values, so what is it, why would persons buy into stocks at above fair market valuation trading price, it is a rush to preserve capital.Now the real scary thing is we are seeing this happening simultaneously across all asset investment class's; stocks, real estate, gold & silver etc etc etc.

And only thing that’s cheap in today’s society is silver & crypto & ammo!

Yesterday I spoke with a company called Commercial Direct which is a division of Silver Hill Funding and was a bit wary of their process: send them the property(ies) I am interested in, if numbers work I pay them $500 to begin the application process and turn around is about 60 days.
