For me, and I know it adds some complications, but I actually wanted to separate my business accounts from my personal. 

The thing is huge and just sucks to have it sitting empty outside of me hanging out in there with a couple beers and a TV on nice days. 

Couple of notes based on comments you made in response to others:1.

We have seen a couple things here in central OH. 

For the last couple of years I have been working from home for a very good company so I kept moving the financial goal posts because I wasn't miserable. 

Set the wayback machine a couple of years ago and that was pretty acheivable.

You can probably hold out for the right renter but you might be waiting a couple months. 

I think we also have to separate agents posting on BP and people who pay to get featured as an agent on BP, not that they are much different.In the end, the best agents are the ones who provide the most value to the clients and know the most about their markets.

There has been a ton of new construction for housing the past 4 years and that’s why vacancy rates are 10-12% and rental rates have dropped the past couple of years.
