As has been mentioned, try to find a way to keep as your primary for 2 years, and all gains are tax free at the sale.

If you did not like that experience, maybe you should try a smaller company to get a more personalized service experience.  

I think they may have tried to call because I got a call with caller ID "Newrez" but when I answered, nobody there.

They're the ones working with those agencies on a regular basis and have the best referrals.As far as recovering the debt, try leveling with the tenant as much as possible so they grasp the seriousness of being sent to collections.

I CANNOT stand when someone isn't transparent and or tries to hide anything from me. 

I'm considering staying in Jackson, Haywood or McDowell county because of this.Sounds similar with what Highlands has been trying to do.
