They day after we gutted them we bought 96 sheets of rock, 50lb of screws, insulation, mud, tape, doors, casing and base.  

Another option for the ceiling is drywall over it or skim coat it.... if it's those square cardboard looking tiles then just sheet rock over it with 1/4 inch drywall.

The 220 power units can wash and dry at the same time, and get 4 star out of 5 stars rating, so that seems  better, and they are on sale for under $950 right now.  

Some of the markets we are purchasing heavily are Parker, Castle Rock, Westminster, and Broomfield.  

I think back to when I started in the Milwaukee market and I was terrified but through a long process of  team building we are now rocking and rolling.
