You are likely to appreciate, but you never know what will happen with the area as a short-term location so your hedge is on cash flow and maybe slower appreciation than regular single-family residential homes.

Fixing a class B doesn't produce amenities that Class A offers, otherwise you're losing sq ft if you add a gym/shower, etc.Anyway, happy to get updates, but I think your leasing will be at 0 for 12 months.

Your company is just slow to file their updates, which in this case is in your favor.

It wasn’t just rich people that got screwed by Morris Invest/ Oceanpointe I’m sure a lot of regular people got taken also. 

It could be hard to prove with outside agents (regular buyer agents) as they don't log their clients in on showings, only themselves as the agent.
